JiaTing – an all-inclusive leadership & cultural organization in Gainesville, Florida – celebrates modern/traditional lion and dragon dance through lively practices and captivating performances! With our vibrant community, we hope to bring awareness and appreciation to these art forms while showcasing innovation and relevance in contemporary society. Founded in 2021, we sought to unite and preserve the lion and dragon dance culture in Gainesville and at the University of Florida, especially from the Chinese American Student Association, Vietnamese Student Association, and Chinese Student Association. Since then, we have performed at over 50 shows and trained over 100 members.
