1st USDLDF Nationals Traditional Lion Dance Rules Published

We are excited to announce that the rules and regulations for the 1st USDLDF National Traditional Lion Dance Competition are now officially published!

The 1st USDLDF Dragon & Lion Dance National Championships Organizing Committee, in conjunction with the USDLDF Rules & Regulations Committee, has drafted the official set of rules for the Traditional Lion Dance Competition, which will take place on Saturday, May 26th at the Quincy High School gymnasium in Quincy, MA.

Remember that the prizes for this event will be:

• 1st Place: $800
• 2nd Place: $500
• 3rd Place: $200

Also, each team placing 1st through 3rd will receive a beautiful trophy as well as all team members receiving individual medals.

The rules and regulations for the Dragon Dance and Freestyle Lion Dance (Jong) competitions will be published in the coming weeks, so check back and get your teams registered right away, and get ready for an amazing weekend of unity and camaraderie and  through friendly competition.
