Schedule of Events for the 3rd USDLDF National Lion Dance Championships

AUSTIN CONVENTION CENTER – BALLROOM A

Saturday, June 24th:

• 8:30 am – Doors Open
• 9:00 am – Opening Ceremony
• 10:00 am – Traditional Lion Dance Competition Begins
• 5:00 pm – Traditional Lion Dance Competition Ends

NOTE: Traditional Division Award Ceremony will occur 30 minutes after the competition completes.

AUSTIN CONVENTION CENTER – BALLROOM A

Sunday, June 25th:

• 8:30 am – Doors Open
• 9:00 am – Judge Procession
• 9:15 am – Youth Lion Dance Competition Begins
• 11:00 am – Youth Lion Dance Competition Ends
• 12:00 pm – Female Lion Dance Competition Begins
• 3:00 pm – Female Lion Dance Competition Ends

NOTE: Youth and Female Divisions Award Ceremony will occur 30 minutes after the competition completes.

Banquet (evening of Sunday, June 25th):

• 6:30 pm – Doors Open
• 7:00 pm – Banquet Begins
• 10:30 pm – Banquet Ends

NOTE: Tickets are required to attend the banquet
